2 t. grated lemon peel
1/4 c. butter
1 t. baking soda
1 t. baking powder
1 c. plain yogurt
1/3 c sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/4 t. salt
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Grease one 8x4x2 inch loaf pan. Preheat oven to 350º F
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, blending well after each addition. Add peel and vanilla. Sift flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Alternate adding dry ingredients with the yogurt. Mix until just moistened. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 50 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and turn out onto a wire rack to cool.
