12 sheets of phyllo dough (14 x 9 inches)
3 tbsps butter, melted
3 tbsps sugar
1/2 tsp grated orange peel

filling:
1/4 cp orange marmalade
1 cp navel orange sections
1 cp sliced fresh strawberries
1/2 cp each fresh raspberries, blueberries and blackberries
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp lime juice
1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp grated lime peel
fresh mint, opt

Directions:
Directions:
1) Roll up phyllo dough and cut into 1/4 inch wide strips.
2) Place strips in a large bowl; toss with butter, sugar and orange peel until coated.
3) Divide strips into 6 portions; shape into nests on baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
4) Bake at 400f for 5 to 7 mins or until golden brown.
5) In a small microwave safe bowl; heat marmalade until melted.
6) In a large bowl, combine the oranges and berries in a large bowl; drizzle with marmalade and juices.
7) Sprinkle with lemon and lime peel, gently toss to coat.
8) Just before serving, spoon into nests.
9) Garnish with mint.
