1/4 cp butter, softened
1/2 cp granulated sugar
1/4 cp brown sugar
2/3 cp canned pumpkin
1/2 cp buttermilk
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tbsps molasses
1 tsp grated orange peel
2 cps flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 - 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp salt

streusel topping;
1/3cp flour
3 tbsps brown sugar
2 tbsps cold butter
Directions:
Directions:
1)In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
2) Beat in the pumpkin, buttermilk, eggs , mollasses, and orange peel.
3) Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice and salt; gradually add to pumpkin mixture just until blended.
4) Fill greased of paper lined muffin tins t o 2/3rds full.
5) For topping; combine flour and brown sugar; cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
6) Sprinkle over batter.
7) Bake 375f for 20 to 25 mins or until toothpick inserted in the muffin comes out clean.
8) Cool in pan for 5 mins before removing to wire rack.
