3 cp finely chopped cooked chicken
1 1/2 cps (6 oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies
1/2 cp finely chopped green onion
1 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp paprika
1 pkg (17 1/4 oz) frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed or pie pastry for double crust 10 inch pie
guacamole or salsa or dipping
Directions:
Directions:
1) In a large bowl, combine chicken, chilies, onions, cheese and seasonings.
2) Chill until serving.
3) Remove half of the pastry from the refrigerator.
4) On a lightly floured surface, roll to a 9 x 12 inch rectangle.
5) Cut into 9 small rectangles.
6) Place about 2 tbsps filling across the center of each rectangle.
7) Wet edges of pastry with water and roll pastry around filling.
8) Crimp edges with a fork to seal.
9) Repeat with remaining pastry and filling.
10) Place seam side down on a lightly greased baking sheet.
11) Refrigerate until ready to heat.
12) Bake at 425f for 20 to 25 mins or until golden brown.
13) Serve warm with dips.
