Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs of lean meat 93% ( I don’t use meatloaf mix, I do know others that do)
2 eggs
½ cup of milk
½ to 1 cup of Italian bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
MIX ALL TOGETHER THOROUGHLY.
Start with ½ cup of bread crumbs, mix thoroughly, add more as desired, I usually use around ¾ of a cup or so.
You may have to add a little more milk if you use all the bread crumbs.

Pour Olive Oil Into Frying Pan (NONSTICK). I cover the bottom (never add more oil) as you're cooking,
I roll meatballs about 2 inch diameter, WHILE OIL IS HEATING UP.
Cook on Medium High 2-3 minutes on each side (until brown). I LOAD THE PAN UP, and Use Spoon to Turn Them!!!
PLACE ON PAPER TOWEL WHEN COOKED TO DRY (It will reduce the oil in your sauce)

THESE MEATBALLS WILL FEED 6 to 8 people (my wife and I get 3 separate meals out of them!!!!)

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
To be made with Mr. D'Anna's awesome Tomato Sauce. Mr. D notes "I cook the meatballs before I start the sauce, they should sit and dry for a while."
