1 1/2 cps heavy whipping cream
3/4 cp granulated sugar
1 carton (8 oz) marscarpone cheese
1 can (15 oz ) solid packed pumpkin
1 cp gallo moscato wine, divided or juice
3 tsps pumpkin pie spice
2 pkgs (3 oz each) ladyfingers, divided
1/2 cp orange juice
1/2 cp crushed gingersnaps

Directions:

1) In a small bowl, beat cream until it becomes thicken.
2) Add sugar; beat until soft peaks form.
3) In another bowl, beat mascarpone cheese , pumpkin, 1/2 cp wine, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
4) Fold in whipped cream, set aside.
5) Dip one pkg lady fingers, one at a time, into the orange juice.
6) Place in a 13 x 9 inch dish.
7) Spread with half of the mascarpone cheese-pumpkin filling.
8) Dip the second pkg of ladyfingers into the wine; place over filling.
9) Spread remaining filling over the top.
10) Cover and chill for atleast 1 hr or over night.
11) Just before serving, sprinkle with gingersnaps.
