1 pint Whipping Cream
4 Egg Yolks
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
1 T. Vanilla
Additional granulated sugar for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Heat over to 350º.

Heat cream over low heat until bubbles form around the edge of the pan.

Beat egg yolks and 1/2 cup of the sugar together until thick, about 3 minutes. Gradually beat in cream. Stir in vanilla.

Divide among 6 6-ounce custard dishes and put on baking pan. Bake until set, about 45 minutes. Remove and let cool and chill. Sprinkle 1-2 teaspoons sugar on top of each cup. Place under the broiler and heat until the sugar is brown or use a kitchen blow torch. Chill.
