12 wonton wrappers or 12- 4 x 4 puff pastry
3 tbsps butter, melted
1/3 cp brown sugar
3/4 cp mascarpone cheese
2 tbsps honey
2 tsps orange juice
3 cps fresh strawberries, sliced
whipped cream and fresh mint

Directions:
Directions:
1) Brush one side of wonton wrapper with butter.
2) Place brown sugar in a shallow bowl; press butter side of wonton into sugar to coat.
3) Press wontons sugar side up into greased muffin pans.
4) Bake 325f for 7 to 9 mins or until edges are lightly browned.
5) Remove to wire rack to cool.
6) In a small bowl, combine the cheese, honey and orange juice.
7) Spoon about 1 tbsp into each wonton cup.
8) Top with strawberries. (4 to 5 halves)
9) Garnish with a dollop of whipped topping and mint.
