5 eggs, whipped lightly
1 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1T. sugar

Various toppings.

Directions:
Mix together, batter will be very thin. Pour into hot frying pan, move pan to spread out batter thinly. cook until bubbles pop and top looks dry, bottom is browned. These only cook on one side, like a crepe.
Linda's favorite way to serve was with Huckleberry Jam, sour cream and a sprinkle of brown sugar. I substitute jam for fresh strawberries. If no fruit is available use butter and sprinkle with sugar. Then fold and eat.
