8 oz. sausage
8 oz. mushrooms
2 cups cheddar cheese
5 eggs
2 cups of milk
8 slices of bread (kind of stale...leave it out for a few hours)
some onion and garlic if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage. Cook mushrooms in 2 T butter. When they are almost done add some chopped onion and some chopped garlic. Season the mushrooms well with garlic salt. Combine mushrooms and sausage.
Tear bread into smaller bits, cover bottom of casserole dish. pour some sausage/ mushrooms over top of bread. sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of sausage/ mushroom. repeat (bread, sausage/ mushroom, then cheese).
Combine eggs and milk. Pour over top of casserole. Use spatula to squeeze/ push mixture down into eggs so it all gets moist. Cover with foil.
Refridgerate overnight. Cook 45 min on 375 degrees.
