1/4 c butter
1T olive oil
1 T chili sauce
2T Worcestershire sauce
1/2 lg. lemon, sliced
2 t. lemon juice
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 t. chopped parsley
1t. dried oregano
red pepper flakes to taste
dash tabasco or hot sauce
1 lb. raw, peeled shrimp per batch

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in pot with the exception of the shrimp. Simmer for 10 minutes. Let it cool down before pouring over the raw shrimp to marinate. Marinate from 1-8 hours. Bake with marinade for 10 minutes at 350º.
