7 eggs, seperated
7 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar (1/2 + 1/2)
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and margarine together in a microwave or double boiler.
Mix together yolks, 1/2 c. sugar and vanilla.
Add cooled chocolate mixture.
Beat whites, gradually adding remaining sugar, till stiff.
Fold whites into chocolate mixture.
Pour 1/2-3/4 of the batter into a pan (a springform makes for nice presentation).
Bake 35 minutes (check earlier) at 325º
When cool, top with remaining batter, cover and freeze.
