1/3 c. soy sauce
2 T. sugar
2 T. dry red wine
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb. firm tofu
1/2 c. whole-wheat flour
1/4 c. sesame seeds
Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Drain tofu for ten minutes.
Cut into domino pieces.
Marinate in sauce at least 15 minutes (can leave overnight)
Mix together flour and sesame seeds.
Drain tofu and coat on all sides with flour mixture.
Fry tofu till lightly brown (about four minutes on each side)

I got this recipe off the internet and wish I could remember where so that I could give it credit. This dish is great to make when you have vegetarians at your Shabbat table and want to offer a respectable chicken alternative. Carnivores have been known to enjoy it as well!
