7 tblsps butter (divided use)
12 oz fresh sliced mushrooms
4 tblsps minced onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Ground peppercorn to taste
Garlic sea salt
1 lb beef tenderloin

3 tbsps chopped parsley

In large skillet, melt 5 tablespoons butter and add mushrooms, onion, garlic, salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in parsley. Spoon into casserole dish and keep warm. Slice beef into thin pieces and sprinkle with ground peppercorns and garlic sea salt. Pat into meat. Melt 2 tablespoons butter or oil in same pan. Add beef slices in single layer and flash fry to a medium doneness, approximately 2-4 minutes each side. Turn only once. Serve with mushroom sauce spooned over top or under meat.
(This mushroom sauce would be good over chicken or other cuts of beef.)
