3 beaten eggs
1 cup cooled sauce
2 cups soft bread crumbs (2 1/2 slices bread)
1/2 cup crushed corn chips
1 Tbsp snipped parsley
1 tsp salt
3 lbs. ground beef
Spicy Tomato Sauce:
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
3 Tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp chili powder
2 - 16 oz. canned tomatoes
2-- 6oz cans tomato paste
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 bay leaf.

Directions:
In large bowl, combine all ingredients except the meat. Add the beef and mix well. Press into a 6 cup ring mold. Unmold into a shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degree oven for 1 hour 15 minutes. Top with sauce.
Sauce:
Cook onion and garlic in oil until tender, but not brown. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer uncovered, 30 minutes. Remove Bay leaf. Set aside to cool. Use remaining sauce, warmed over meat loaf.
