1.5 lb of chicken cutlets
Seasoned bread crumbs (preferably Pereg)
1 egg beaten with 2 tablespoon water

Spicy sauce:
1/4 cup of hot sauce (for those people that enjoy HOT food add an additional ¼ cup of hot sauce)
½ cup of honey
1 tablespoon of oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the chicken cutlets into bite size pieces.
Dreg the chicken through the breadcrumbs.
Put the chicken pieces into the egg mixture remove the pieces one at a time and dreg through the breadcrumbs.
Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet add the chicken after 3 minutes flip the pieces and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
This will vary depending on the thickness of the pieces. If using a small pan cook the chicken in batches.

Sauce:
Mix the ingredients in a small non-stick sauce pan over medium –low heat.
Taste and adjust the hot sauce or honey depending on your preference of hot to sweet.
When everything is well blended remove from the heat and pour it over the cooked chicken pieces.
Let it soak in and enjoy.
