~6 apples (I like to use 4 Rome or Macintosh and 2 Granny Smith to give different flavors- but its up to you)

2 cups flour
Cinnamon
Orange juice
Lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut apples into chunks and place in a 9 x 13 pan.
Use about 6 regular sized apples or enough to fill the pan.
Drizzle orange juice and lemon juice over the apples to keep from browning. In a separate bowl mix the margarine, sugar, and flour.
Mix until crumb-like topping forms.
Add some cinnamon to the topping to give a cinnamon flavor and mix it in.
Sprinkle crumbs on top of the apples until the apples are fully covered.
Place in oven at 350 for 2 hrs.
