1 10 oz pkg of Broccoli & Cauliflower
3 Egg Whites (or 2 eggs)
1/2 cup Matzoh Meal
3 Tsp. Onion Soup Mix (or spices)

Directions:
Directions:
First beat egg with Spices, add soup mix & veggies.
Cook at 350 degrees for about 45 min.
