1 cp butter, softened
1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, softened
2 cps flour
1 3/4 cps milk
1 pkg (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
whipped topping, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
1) In a large bowl, combine butter, and cream cheese, until smooth.
2) Gradually add flour until blended.
3) Shape into 48 1-inch balls; press onto the bottom and up the sides of ungreased miniature muffin cps.
4) Bake 400f for 12 to 15 mins or until lightly browned.
5) Cool for 5 mins; carefully remove to wire racks to cool completely.
6) For filling; in a small bowl, beat milk and pudding on low speed for 2 mins.
7) Cover and refrigerate for 5 mins.
8) Spoon into tart shells.
9) Dollop a small amount of whipped topping on each, leaving the edge of green show at crust.
