1 tablespoon unsalted butter
6 green onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
12 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
1 pound frozen, cooked crawfish tails, thawed
and chopped
Crackers or toast rounds

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a heavy skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
2. Saute' green onions in butter until soft. Add
garlic, cayenne pepper, black pepper and garlic
salt. Saute, stirring constantly for 3 minutes.
3. Add cream cheese and stir until melted.
4. Add crawfish tails and heat through.
5. Serve warm with crackers or toast rounds.
