1 jar marinara sauce (26 oz.)
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
4 large yellow and orange bell peppers
8 oz. ground meat
1/2 c converted rice
1/3 c finely chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, stir sauce, vinegar, cumin, and cinnamon together. Pour 1 1/3 cups of the sauce mixture into the bottom of a slow cooker.
2. Slice off the top 1/2 of the pepper; seed and reserve top.
3. In a large bowl, using your hands, combine beef, rice, and onion and remaining sauce mixture together and spoon into the peppers- replace the tops and place peppers in the slow cooker.
4. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or until peppers are tender.
