1 sheet frozen pastry puff
4 oz. Roquefort© blue cheese
Pam© cooking spray
egg wash (1 egg beaten with 1 tsp. cold water)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Spray 9-inch baking dish with Pam© (can use Silpat© instead). Open sheet of puff pastry and flatten with rolling pin. Crumble blue cheese on the sheet, leaving a 1-inch border all around. Roll the pastry (long way). Cut into 12 half-inch thick slices with a sharp knife. Place rounds onto the baking sheet. Brush with egg wash. Bake until puffed and golden about 15 minutes. Allow to cool 1-2 minutes before serving.
