1/2 banana or 3/4 cup berries
2Tbs. Vanilla Whey Powder
2 Tbs. fresh ground flax seeds
1 Tbs. ground psyllium husk
1 Tbs. wheat germ
600 mg. fish oil (break open capsule)
1 Tbs. Chia seeds
3 ice cubes

(sometimes I add a little honey or agave to taste and vanilla extract --- I have a sweet tooth)
