Meatballs:
1 lb. ground turkey
2 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/4 c. grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 dry bread crumbs or corn flake crumbs
1 egg
1/2 c. water

Dill Sauce:
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1-1/2 c. chicken broth
2 tbsp. snipped fresh dill or 1 tsp. dried dill weed
1/2 c. half and half cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all meatball ingredients together. Roll into balls and place in 9x13" greased pan. Bake at 325º for about 20-30 minutes until done. For sauce; melt butter in skillet. Blend in flour, cook, stirring constantly for 2-3 minutes. Add broth, stirring until thickened, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in dill and meatballs. Reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes. Pour in cream & continue stirring until thickened & smooth, about 15 minutes. Serve over noodles, rice or mashed potatoes.
