1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. vegetable oil
1 T. milk
1 egg slightly beaten with milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 3/4 c. flour
1 pkg. mini chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Beat oil, butter and sugars until fluffy.
Add milk and egg.
Add remaining ingredients and blend.
Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet.
Bake 350º for 12-15 minutes (do not overcook).
Let cool on rack.
Place in freezer to keep fresh.
