1/2 cup oil
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of (unsweetened) apple sauce
1 tsp. baking soda
1.5 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.
Cream oil and sugar.
Mix in applesauce and baking soda.
Add flour and cinnamon.
(Can add apple slices before crumble.
Crumbles: 2 tbsp butter/marg., handful of flour, large handful of brown sugar. Mix with hands until crumbly consistency. Sprinkle over top of cake and sprinkle more cinnamon on top if needed.)
Bake 20-40 minutes until knife comes out clean
