2 lbs ground beef
4 slices bread, torn or cut into cubs ( about 3/4 C. rolled oats may be substituted)
3/4 C. milk
2 eggs (beaten)
1 medium chopped onion
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 - 16oz. can tomato sauce (divided)
1/2 C. brown sugar
2 tsp. prepared mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Soak bread or oats in milk & beaten eggs. Add meat, onion, mix well with your hands. Add seasoning & tomato sauce. Mix well. Scoop into casserole dish or loaf pans. Bake @ 350º for 1 hour. Make topping of 1 C. tomato sauce, brown sugar & mustard. Spread over meat, bake 15 min longer.

We usually serve this with baked potatoes (wash potatoes well, prick with fork, rub with Crisco, sprinkle with seasoning salt and wrap in tinfoil) Debbie's Quick rolls, oriental salad, corn casserole and lemon or chocolate pie.
