2 C. crushed potato chips (3oz)
1 - lg. can 6 oz, tuna fish
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 C. peas
1 - sm. can mushrooms
2 T. butter
1 T. flour
1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add flour & stir until smooth paste. Add soup & cook until thick. Add tuna, peas,mushrooms, seasoning & lemon juice. Pour into casserole in alternate layers with potato chips, having chips on top. Bake @ 350º for 30 min.
