2 cans enchilada hot sauce
1/2 can full of tomato juice
1 lb hamburger
1/4 chopped onion

1 c flour
1/2 c corn meal
dash of salt
3 T oil
1 egg
water

Directions:
Directions:
brown onion and beef together, drain, add tom juice and enchilada sauce, simmer.
in blender add flour, corn meal, salt, egg, oil and about a cup of cold water. add more water to make pretty runny. grill tortillas one at a time in hot pan flipping once. layer with meat/sauce, cheese green onion, sour cream, lettuce, grandma used to make them two layers
