2 cps frozen unsweetened sliced peaches, thawed
4 tsps flour
4 tsps granulated sugar
1/2 cp graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cp brown sugar
4 tsps cold butter
Directions:
Directions:
1) Place the peaches in a bowl.
2) Combine flour and sugar; sprinkle over peaches and toss to coat.
3) In a small bowl, combine cracker crumbs and brown sugar; cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
4) For each bundle, place half of the peach mixture on a double thickness of heavy duty foil. (about 18 x 12 inch)
5) Sprinkle crumb mixture over peaches.
6) Fold foil around mixture and seal tightly.
7) Grill, covered, over med heat for 5 to 10 mins or until peaches are tender.
