1 cut up chicken
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup melted flavored fat,
1/4 cup minced onion
1 1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken in milk and then in flour, salt and pepper mixture. Brown in heavy frying pan. Place browned chicken pieces in roaster. Cook onions in remaining fat, blend in remaining flour and add the rest of the milk and water. Cook until thickened. Pour over chicken. Bake in a slow oven for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
