3 c. frozen hashbrowns, thawed and drained
4 Tbsp butter melted
3 large eggs
1 c. half and half
3/4 c diced ham (or any meat you want)
1/2 c. diced green onions
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450º.
Combine hashbrowns and melted butter. Press into pie plate forming a crust- up and around the edges also.
Bake for 20-25 min. until looks brown and crusty. The butter in this makes it nice and crusty and will not stick to the bottom of the pie plate. After you pull this out of the oven lower temperature to 350.
In a large bowl combine the rest of the ingredients.
Pour on top of crust and bake 30 mins.

Personal Notes:
This was absolutely a find! It tastes soooo much better than you think it will! The butter in that crust makes it so yummy. It depends who all is eating this on determining how many this will feed! If you have 2 pieces each then no more than 4. And it's going to be hard to eat just 1!!! My kids ALL ate this and loved it.
