Filling:

4 chicken breasts (boiled and chopped or shredded)
2 cans peas and carrots
3 cans cream of chicken soup
Salt and pepper
1 can of corn
1 can of water chestnuts (diced)


Topping:

1 stick of margarine
1 cup of warm milk
1 cup of bisquick

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the ingredients for the filling together and season with salt and pepper to your taste. Put in large casserole dish. Cooking time may vary depending on how deep or shallow the dish is.

Pour milk and butter into microwavable glass and heat until butter is melted. Mix bisquick with milk/butter mixture and pour over the top of filling.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins. If using a shallow casserole dish this time may be shorter. Watch for crust to turn golden brown.
