1 jar stuffed olives
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 cans chopped black olives
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. basil
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. oregano
3 cloves garlic, minced
6 French rolls, split
½ lb. hard salami
¼ lb. mozzarella
½ lb. cotto salami
¼ lb. provolone

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 8 ingredients; set aside. Hollow out tops of rolls; leaving ¾ inch shells.

Spread olive mixture over tops and bottoms of rolls. On roll bottoms layer the hard salami, pro-volone, cotto salami, and mozzarella. Replace tops. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight. Cut each into wedges.
