Ingredients:  
1 ball fresh mozzarella
2 med or lg. ripe roma tomatoes
1 jar store bought pesto
4-6 chicken breasts
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper each chicken breast. Place on sprayed baking sheet. Pound each breast until flat. On each breast half place 2 slices of tomato, one slice of mozzarella, and a tablespoon of pesto. Fold over and fasten with toothpick. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes. Remove from oven. Serve with warmed pasta sauce and pan fried spaghetti with garlic.
