1 frozen nine inch pastry shell
2 eggs
1 package frozen chopped broccoli
2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 TBS corn starch
1/2 package onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Pierce pastry shell thoroughly with fork.
Bake in oven at 375 for 10 minutes, remove.
In large bowl, toss together broccoli and cheese, spoon into pastry shell.
In small bowl, beat together eggs, milk, mayonnaise, cornstarch, onion soup mix, pour over cheese and broccoli.
Return to oven. Bake, 35-40 min or until golden and knife inserted comes out clean.
Makes six servings.
