6 Onions sliced
1 box of prunes
2 tbsp. cinnamon
12 pieces of Lamb shoulder

Directions:
Directions:
Put water on bottom of pot layer 2 onions, 4 lamb pieces, prunes and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon and repeat until complete.
Cook on a low simmer for 3 hours checking repeatedly so you do not burn the bottom.
