1/2 stick butter melted
4 beaten eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
1 cup flour (can substitute matzo meal during Passover)
1 lb. (4 cups) shredded cheddar or any mixture of cheeses
2 boxes frozen spinach, thawed and dried
1 chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Pour the melted butter into a 13 x 9 pan.
Mix all of the rest of the ingredients together in a large bowl.
Pat the mixture in pan.
Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until edges are browned.
Let cool and cut into squares.
