1 tbsp water
1 envelope unsweetened strawberry soft drink mix
1 tbsp strawberry ice cream topping
2 pkgs (3oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 cp confectioners sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cps heavy whipping cream, whipped
1 graham cracker crust, 9 inch
2 tbsps hot fudge ice cream topping, warmed
10 whole strawberries for garnish on each serving

1) In a small bowl, combine water and soft drink mix until dissolved.
2) Stir in strawberry topping.
3) In a bowl, beat cream cheese, confectioners sugar, vanilla and strawberry mixture until fluffy.
4) Fold in whipped cream.
5) Spread into crust.
6) Chill for at least 1 hr or until set.
7) Drizzle hot topping onto plates in a zig zag pattern; top with a piece of pie.
8) Garnish with whole or half strawberries.
9) Refrigerate leftovers.
