2 8oz packages of cream cheese, softened
1 8oz package of crumbled, drained feta
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
1 clove of garlic, minced
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
pinch of cayenne pepper (to taste)

1/2 C pine nuts, toasted
1/2 C chopped fresh parsley
1/2 C chopped green onions
1/2 C sundried tomatoes, chopped fine and drained well
1 C chopped fresh spinach

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first seven ingredients with mixer until smooth.

Line a loaf pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. Layer ingredients into the loaf pan in the following order:

Pine nuts, parsley, green onions, 1/3 cheese mixture, sundried tomatoes, 1/3 cheese mixture, chopped spinach, remaining cheese mixture.

Cover and refrigerate until firm (overnight works best). To unmold, invert on a serving plate and remove foil.
