3 cups water
6 T. unsalted butter
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened and cubed
1 c. milk
1 8 oz. container sour cream
½ box of Hungry Jack Mashed Potatoes (15.3 oz size)
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 8 in. square casserole with non-stick cooking spray.

Heat water butter garlic and onion salt to boiling. Remove from heat.
Add cream cheese, milk, and sour cream and stir until cream cheese dissolves.
Stir in potato flakes and mix until well combined.

Spread mixture into casserole. Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at preheated 350 oven for 50 minutes until edges are golden brown.

Double all ingredients and use the whole box of potato flakes, bake in a 13 X 9 pan sprayed with cooking oil and you have an easy potato casserole to serve with ham for a big family dinner!
