1 egg white
2 c. pecans
¼ c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white with a fork and them combine with pecans in a bowl, mixing well.
Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
Add to nut mixture, blending thoroughly.
Place mixture in a 9 in. glass pie plate.
Cook on high in microwave, stirring occasionally for about 4 minutes or until coating loses is gloss.
Spread on waxed paper, let cool, and break up.
