1 lb. ground smoked ham
1 lb. ground pork
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper

Sauce:
1/4 c. water
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1-1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except sauce by hand. Mix well and put in 7x11 in. pan. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
For Sauce: Cook all ingredients 10 minutes. Pour over meat at end of hour. You can pour on at the beginning and baste. Use 1-1/2 recipe for 9x13 in. pan.
