1 pkg (5.1 oz) cook and serve vanilla pudding mix
1/8 to 1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 cps eggnog
2 cps heavy whipping cream, whipped
1 pastry shell, baked, 9 inch
Additional whipped cream and nutmeg, for garnish
Directions:
Directions:
1) In a saucepan, combine the pudding mix, nutmeg and eggnog.
2) Cook and stir over med heat until mixture comes to a boil.
3) Cook and stir 1-2 mins longer or until thickened.
4) Remove from heat, Cool.
5) Fold in whipped cream.
6) Pour in crust.
7) Garnish with whipped cream and nutmeg.
