Bakery Bread – we like Parisian bread with rosemary (I get it at Target)

Olive Oil

Jar of Bruschetta – we like Sam’s brand (“Member’s Mark” - find it near the cheeses at back of store)

Directions:
Directions:
Lay out slices of bread on a cookie sheet. Brush the tops lightly with olive oil. Toast under the broiler.

Serve with bruschetta. Delicious with pasta dishes, or just as an appetizer with other cheeses and fruits.

Delicious and quick! I love the taste of olive oil and rosemary together; reminds me of Is. 61:3b: “...the oil of gladness instead of mourning...”
