1 cp flour
2 tbsps granulate sugar
1/2 cp cold butter
1/2 cp finely chopped walnuts

Filling:
1 pkg (3 oz) cranberry or strawberry gelatin
1/2 cp boiling water
1/2 cp whole berry cranberry sauce
3/4 cp cranberry juice
1 tbsps grated orange peel
1 cp heavy whipped topping, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
1) In a bowl, combine flour and sugar.
2) Cut into butter until crumbly.
3) Stir in walnuts.
4) Press onto the bottom and up the sides of a greased 10 inch pie plate.
5) Bake at 375f for 14 to 16 mins or until set and edges are lightly browned.
6) Cool on a wire rack.
7) For filling, in a bowl, dissolve gelatin in water.
8) Stir in cranberry sauce, cranberry juice and orange peel.
9) Cover and refrigerate until slightly thicken, about 1hr.
10) Fold in whipped cream.
11) Pour into crust.
12) Refrigerate for atleast 3 hrs.
