1 Pkg. Yellow or White Cake Mix
1 Pkg. Instant Vanilla Pudding
4 Eggs
3/4 C. Oil
3/4 C.Sherry (medium dry/extra body)
1 tsp. Nutmeg
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix ingredients together for 5 minutes. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from pan. When completely cool, dust with powdered sugar.
