24 Nilla Wafers
3 8 oz packages of cream cheese
1 C. Sugar
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Eggs
Blueberry or Cherry Pie Filling

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Line 24 muffin tins (24) with paper baking cups. Place 1 vanilla wafer in the bottom of each cup. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, nutmeg, vanilla and eggs at medium speed, scraping sides of the bowl occasionally. Pour mixture into prepared muffin cups, filling each 2/3 full. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Spoon canned cherry or blueberry pie filling on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Use graham cracker crust mix to make tart size and bake for 10 minutes then top with a cherry.
