4 eggs
2 1/4 C. Sugar
5 C. Cream
4 C. Half and Half
4 1/2 Tsp. Real Vanilla
1/2 Tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Add sugar gradually to beaten eggs. Continue to beat until mixture is very stiff. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into ice cream maker can and freeze as directed.

Recipe may be varied with the addition of 4 cups of pureed fruit (berries, peaches, etc.) or mashed ripe bananas.
