1 (21 oz) can apple pie filling*
4 pork chops
Barbecue Sauce (I use Yoshida teriyaki sauce)
chopped Green onions* - enough to cover each chop *optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250º. Spray the bottom of a pan big enough to accommodate the pork chops with nonstick cooking spray. Line bottom of pan with apple pie filling* and place pork chops on top. Cover each pork chop with barbeque sauce, then top with onions. Cover pan with foil and bake 2 1/2 hours.

*My friend Kay suggested using Peach Pie Filling and it was delicious. Yum! I serve the chops with rice and top the rice with some of the pie filling.
